What's involved in the 21 Day Clarity Challenge?
K and Dr. Michael's 21 Day Clarity Challenge is a free three week online journey created to quickly and easily clear your mind, kick-start change and enhance your life.
The 21 Day Clarity Challenge includes:

- Insightful articles and inspiring posts
- Uplifting thoughts, messages and images.
- Daily Focal Point affirmations and A Moment of Clarity exercises
- Online meditations by K & Dr. Michael
To participate in the 21 Day Clarity Challenge:
- K & Dr. Michael's 21 Day Clarity Challenge begins on Monday 15th April 2013.

How do I prepare for the 21 Day Clarity Challenge?
The challenge will incorporate simple and effective exercises for the body, mind and spirit. To obtain the most benefit from participating in the challenge, we suggest the following:
- Be ready to make a commitment
- Reduce or eliminate sugar from your diet
- Get enough sleep
- Increase water consumption and keep hydrated
- Set aside time to listen to the audio messages and complete the exercises
- Let go of expectations

A mind-blowing transformation
The 21 Day Clarity Challenge provides you with an opportunity to transform your life through greater clarity. The magnitude of your transformation, however, will depend on your commitment to the challenge. The amount of effort you put into the challenge will reflect on what you get out of it. We're making a commitment to be with you each step of the way and we hope that you too will make a commitment for a better life.
An abundance of good health
Your health is your wealth. We all get caught up in routines and habits some of which are good and some which are not so good. Excess consumption of sugar can result in increased risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and many other potentially fatal health conditions. As part of our challenge we'll be eliminating sugar from our diet to assist with our transformation. If you decide to participate in reducing or eliminating sugar from your diet we'll have some great tips and recipes for nutritious meals and snacks.
Sleep deprivation can result in body aches, mental fogginess, mood swings and cravings for high fat and sugary foods. Caffeine and alcohol can interfere greatly with your ability to fall asleep. Consider cutting back on your caffeine and alcohol consumption during the challenge and take note of how your concentration, focus and ability to make decisions is improved greatly.
Not drinking enough water can lead to lack of mental clarity, brain fog, afternoon fatigue and the list goes on. Making a simple change of drinking more water will make you feel more alert, clear and help restore balance.
Recharge, re-energize and re-connect
The 21 Day Clarity Challenge has been designed to free your mind of mental clutter and recharge, re-energize and re-connect. To obtain the most benefit we suggest putting aside 15 minutes of your day to listen to the audio messages and complete the exercises. We also encourage your to share your experiences with others in supporting and encouraging your fellow participants.
Be prepared for the unexpected during the challenge. Release any preconceived ideas of what you think is going to happen and take each day as it comes. Being open to anything will give you the greatest chance of success.
