REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy only applies to purchased services such as workshops, meditations, healings, or readings. For purchased products, see our Return Policy. All partial payments and down payment deposits for any service(s) are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for ANY service(s) after the service has been provided. If the customer or client chooses to cancel a fully pre-paid service, the customer or client must provide written communication prior to 14 days before the start of the scheduled service, in order to obtain a refund.
Event cancellations are rare. But when event cancellations occur refunds are available upon request. All services that are paid for within the last 14 days before the start of the service or event are considered non-refundable. In rare cases, the policy may be overturned at the sole discretion of the company director. Effective 01/01/09 Revised 01/01/12
